Crane Operator We are currently hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Akron. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials. This is a physically demanding job that requires excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness. Responsibilities: Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes Inspect equipment before use and perform routine maintenance tasks Plan and execute lifts based on load size, weight, and other factors Maneuver materials using levers, pedals, buttons, or other controls Communicate with ground crew to ensure safety during lifts Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times Keep accurate records of daily operations and report any issues or incidents to supervisors Requirements: Proven experience as a crane operator (minimum 2 years) Valid crane operator certification or license (state or national) Knowledge of crane operation techniques and safety regulations Physical ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Benefits: Competitive salary starting at $1300 per month Part-time options available for those seeking flexible hours Accommodation provided for out-of-town employees Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates This position is open to all nationalities. #J-18808-Ljbffr BuySphere Retail Staffing
